Summary
I worked on the Web Optimization Team where I improved the existing platform, shipped new features and executed targeted revamps. I delivered more than 85 production ready screens across multiple user groups and led design for key additions like the Referral Program, Admin Dashboard and several section overhauls. I reduced friction in core flows after usability checks with real users and strengthened consistency by contributing twenty two reusable components to the internal design system.
